What is CFAA?

CFAA was founded in 2008 and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit in the state of Colorado in 2011.

Since 2011, we have presented more than 200 events directly, through collaboration and supporting the community.

Currently, we have a team of volunteer board of directors who run CFAA. If you wish to perform for CFAA, kindly email us by clicking here. CFAA is supported in part by the community members who donate a nominal amount for a 24 month period as well as general grants and business support from our community.

Primary supporters of CFAA are Scientific & Cultural Facilities District, United Way Denver, Ram V Nathan American Family Insurance and StoneCity LLC.

We welcome you to support CFAA by making donations that you are able to afford by clicking below. While joining CFAA is not a guarantee for anything in return, typically CFAA patrons are always eligible to attend almost all the events FREE of cost.

The entry level of supporting is GOLD Level that allows you and your immediate family members to attend almost all events FREE of cost

The PLATINUM Level of support allows you to get preferred seating, as well as invite 2 guests (who have never attended a CFAA event in the past) FREE of cost.

Our LIFETIME patrons attend all events FREE of cost with access to front row seats and many other special privileges.

Please note that making a donation to CFAA, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is a not a guarantee for anything. Being a donor makes you eligible to attend all our events FREE of cost with some small exceptions. CFAA does not promise any specific number of events. The number of events depend on the availability of the right artists and the time availability of CFAA’s volunteer board of directors.

Using the Non-Profit Status of CFAA (Collaborate)

 CFAA used to support community members since 2011 by providing its 501(c)(3) non-profit status as an added benefit to save hundreds or thousands of dollars for their private events.

We are no longer able to provide this support starting 2023 due to lack of volunteer time to manage the logistics and because this does not align with our mission. Please note that any attempts at signing contracts with 3rd parties or venues as a representative of CFAA will be considered illegal and non-binding. Only the Executive Director of CFAA with the explicit approval of the Board of Directors is allowed to sign any contracts representing CFAA.

However, we believe we are able to offer a better option for our Platinum Patrons by allowing them to be co-collaborators of CFAA for their events. While we realize that not all events are possible to run this way, most of your events can take advantage of this.
